Received her undergraduate degree from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. She received her Physician Assistant certificate from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. Buffy is certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and joined the Yakima Heart Center in June 2001.
